Perfectly Fast Moving is a licensed moving carrier (DOT: 3516489 | MC: 1197300). We provide local and long-distance moving services directly — we are not a broker. All moves are subject to a separate moving contract or bill of lading, which will govern the specific terms of your move.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions, including but not limited to: actual weight or volume, access conditions at origin or destination, additional services requested on move day, and any changes to the scope of the move. A binding quote or guaranteed price, if offered, will be stated explicitly in writing.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

To reserve a move date, a deposit may be required. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule moves due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible.

4. Liability for Loss or Damage

Our liability for loss or damage to your goods during a move is governed by applicable federal and state regulations and the terms of your bill of lading. Standard carrier liability is limited. We strongly recommend that you obtain additional valuation coverage or third-party insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items we have advised against moving, or damage resulting from improper packing by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move when requesting a quote or booking.
• Ensure adequate access to pickup and delivery locations.
• Be present or have an authorized representative present at the time of the move.
• Secure or remove items you do not wish to have moved prior to our arrival.
• Notify us of any items requiring special handling (antiques, artwork, pianos, electronics, etc.).

6. Prohibited Items

We will not transport hazardous materials, flammable or explosive items, perishable goods, live plants or animals, illegal items, or any items prohibited by law or regulation. It is your responsibility to remove such items before the move.

7. Payment

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as disclosed during the booking process. We reserve the right to hold your goods until payment is received in full, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to anyone at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
